Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Formula 1 nightly rate of $995
$3200 Monthly rate July - September, +$225 utilities
$600 fully refundable deposit required (with no damage). 50% up front, 50% 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellations accepted up to four (4) weeks prior to arrival. No refunds of Deposit 28 - 0 days prior to arrival. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
