Agreement to our Pet Addendum is required along with a $100 pet deposit and a daily pet fee of $20/day up to a $150 maximum. - We welcome vacationing families and love to share the beauty of nature with them. However, We can not rent to vacationing students or singles under 40 years of age. We also, are not available for prom, Graduations, wedding receptions or parties that may want to throw a large gathering. Reservations made using false information will be subject to immediate termination and eviction of all occupants with a forfeit of rent, security deposit and cleaning fees.
