. US$200 is to be paid as Security Deposit until the last day of stay.
. Refundable Security Deposit of US$200.00.
Check-in Time is 12:00 Noon. Check-out time is before 10:00 am.
US$50 extra charge for arrivals between 8pm and midnight, US$70 extra charge for arrivals after midnight till 8:00am.
Similarly US$70 extra charge for check-out between midnight and 08:00am. - Proof of Identity, Proof of residence, Photocopies of Passport / Indian visa / valid land line phone bills of residence, to be mailed for confirmation of booking and photocopies of the same provided at the time of checking in.
· Check-in time is 12:00 Noon ; Check out time - 10:00 am.
· Check-in and check-out time conditions: US$50 extra charge for arrivals/Departure between 8pm and midnight, US$75 extra charge for arrival / departure between midnight to 9:00am.
· Full refund for cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. 50% refund if cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. No refund for cancellation less than 1 week or no Show.

- There are two Air conditioned / Heated bedrooms in this service apartment.. Both rooms have king sized bed as shown in the pictures with feather pillows, plenty of closet space, clean towels etc. Special Attention is given to the quality of Mattress being of highest quality available in India. Master Bed has Single Mattress and 2nd Bedroom has split. The apartment is 3 sided open with plenty of sunlight and fresh air through out the year. As you can see in the pictures Large 'Bay windows' overlook greenery as there are large trees in the backyard. Special attention has also been given to the curtain / blinds (Two station). The first fall of the curtain / Blinds are netted so that you block the direct ultra violet sunlight yet allow the view outside, the second stage are 'Sunblock falls - Special Silk Fabric imported from Japan'. During Summer as Delhi gets hot, The second fall of these curtains would darken the room and the the feel of the air conditioners is even more pleasa
