- Minimum Stay Policy:
From May 25-August 30, 2013, check-outs only on Saturdays, but can check in any Saturday, Sunday or Monday with a 5 night minimum. All other dates have a 3 night minimum and no specific check out day.
Minimum rental age is 25.
Snowbirds pay no tax with 3 month rentals. Call for details. - Departure Cleaning and linens are included with the rates of one week or more. 3 & 5 night rentals will incur cleaning and linen fees of $150.
Linens include: bath towels, bath mats, wash cloths, hand towels and 2 dish towels. Linens do not include beach towels. Condo will be equipped with some toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing detergent for initial start-up. Renter is responsible for paper products and detergents needed for the rest of their stay.
Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance can be purchased.
