* $95 cleaning fee added to stays less than 1 week
* Pool heat (including hot-tub) $150 per week ($25 per day)
Arrivals: 4 pm onwards
Departure: by 11 am please - * Bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance can be secured with a non-refundable 25% deposit per booking. The balance is then payable with the security deposit (same as booking deposit) no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
* Late bookings (less than 8 weeks before departure) will need to be paid in full at the time of booking along with the security deposit.
* A returnable security deposit against breakages and damage to the villa of 25% of the rental fee is payable with each booking as outlined above.
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE for stays of 3 weeks or longer and for repeat guests.
