Patmos Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- VAT must be added
- Payment. Upon booking a down payment of 30% is requested. The rest of the amount due must be remitted four weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of 1.000€ is requested, as well.
Arrival day will preferably be on Friday but flexibility is an option. In any case departure time must be 11.00 am and arrival time 3.00 pm.

The second bedroom, exactly next to the master bedroom, has two single low beds (100X200 cm – 39X78 inches), one big side table and one sofa chair that can be turned into a bed suitable for a child (70X190 cm – 28X75 inches), air condition for heat and cold, 3 big closets and drawers. Both rooms face east overlooking the open sea. The third bedroom, opposite to the two others, has two single beds (100X195 cm – 39X77 inches), with two bedside tables and a small study desk. The two beds can be placed apart or next to each other. The room has air condition for heat and cold, 2 big closets and drawers. The fourth bedroom is in the upper floor, it has a double bed (160X200 cm – 63X78 inches), a bed side table and a drawer, small TV, two big closets, an air condition for heat and cold.
