Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $550 per night
- Off Season Oct-March $550 per night or $3000 per week
High Season: April-Sept $750 per night or $5000 per week
includes 10% city occupancy tax. (most rentals charge on top of your total)
Minimum 3 night stay Sept-May / Minimum 5 nights June-August
Last minute bookings are possible with a two night minimum. Call to check availability (house manager lives on same
street and can get payment and check you in and out )
Thanksgiving-Christmas-New Years- Spring break minimum 5 nights.
$1000 refundable deposit required.
Cleaning fee $150-$250 depending on number of guest. Call for monthly rates.
