    A non-refundable $59 Accidental Damage Insurance Premium will be charged with your first payment. This no-hassle insurance covers $5000 in damage with no deductible.

It does not intrude on the privacy of the House in any way; the guesthouse has its own entrance, separate gated and fenced garden, and has no windows visible to the occupants of the House, making the back yard and pool area completely private.
