Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit amount is either 1/2 the total payment or $500 which ever is lower. Final payment due 30 days before arrival date. Monthly renters will pay the remainder of the first month's rent 30 days before arrival, then pay on a monthly basis.
Cancellations will result in a full refund if made more than 30 days before arrival date. No refunds will be made if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival date.
