  - Stays 5 nights or less is subject to an additional 85 $ Cleaning FREE 6 nights and up is included in the rate
  - Optional Pool & Spa heating is 25 $ per night and needs to be set at the time of reservation normally during the month of Nov to March

  - We accept all major credit cards , Check and wire transfer
  
  - Cancellation 4-8 weeks prior arrival is refundable at 50 %, 4 weeks or less Not Refundable
• A Reservation Deposit of 250 $ is required to book the house. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation. It will be applied toward the total rental cost at the payment of the balance 8 weeks before arrival.
  
  Balance is due 8 weeks prior arrival date to complete the booking, Failure to pay the balance at due date will result in cancellation of your reservation.
  
  Cancellation must be notified in writing and you balance will be refund if it is 8 weeks or greater before arrival date and the full payment was already completed by then
  A refundable Security Deposit of 300 $ must be paid with your final payment, and will be refund in full within 14-30 days of your departure providing the house is in the same condition as your arrival.
