There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $75 for each pet. Dogs only and a max of 2 dogs per condo.
We accept credit and debit cards only. No personal or business checks. - The security deposit is required at the time of booking. Half of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and the other half is due 30 days prior to arrival. The total amount plus the deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations made less than thirty days prior to arrival. San Andres will automatically charge the debit/credit card on file on the appropriate due dates.
