The Equipment (Led TV, Bang & Olufsen sound system, printer & laptop) requires a security deposit of 500 E. The security deposit is essentially a preventive measure, a means of reminding our guests to treat the apartment as if it were their own. Minor damage is regarded as normal 'wear and tear', and the entire amount of the security deposit is returned to our guests within a week of their departure.
