Westbury House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional fees are:
Housecleaning service $115, booking fee $35, $40 damage waiver fee (non-refundable) OR $250 security deposit (refundable).
Tax rate of 12% applies to all charges except damage waiver fee / security deposit.
Pool heat is complimentary during the Oct. 1 - Apr. 30 period.
During the summer season, May 1 - Sep. 30, pool heat (if requested) is additional charge of $20 plus tax per day.
A nonrefundable deposit of $200 is required to book the property. Balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival. Please contact owner if you would like to rent the house.
