Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- A $250.00 deposit is required at the time of booking and is converted to a security deposit upon check in. It is fully refundable 10 days after check out and pending inspection of the property.
A cleaning fee of $130.00 is not refundable.
