Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The preferred payment method is in Euros via PayPal or to our French bank. A deposit of 250 Euros is required for reservation and also serves as the security deposit refunded within three weeks after your stay if no loss/damage is found. Please leave our house in the manner it was entrusted to you.
The full rental amount is due 6 weeks before the start of your stay. Please note that the security deposit will be retained if the rental amount is not received 6 weeks before the arrival date or if you cancel your reservation within 6 weeks of arrival.
Rates include all linen, electricity and water and cleaning. We expect the village house to be left clean and in good order. There may be a heating surcharge for winter rentals.
