There is a $50 cleaning charge added to every rate. - Deposit is required of 1/2 of the total amount due within 10 days of making reservation in order to confirm reservation.
Balance is due 3 weeks before arrival unless confirmed with owner.
Refund Policy is as follows:
20% of Total Rate will be forfeited if cancellation is made 8 weeks or more before arrival date.
50% of Total Rate will be forfeited if cancellation is made 4 to 8 weeks before arrival date.
75% of Total Rate will be forfeited in cancellation is made 4 weeks or less before arrival date.
Deposit is not transferable to another date.
No refund for early departure.
