- The house has two master suites upstairs with generous sized bedrooms and an additional guest bed and bath on the first floor. Suite one has a king size bed, spacious classic bath and a sun deck overlooking the water accessible by French Doors. It is perfect for waterside breakfast, afternoon cocktails, or just leisurely reading. In summer, the Big Dipper is directly over head for nighttime stargazing. Suite two has a large bedroom with king size bed and an adjoining office (or child's room with space for a crib). High speed Internet access with wonderful water views makes any office activity a pleasure. Suite two also has a Jacuzzi bath and a large shower. High ceilings and ceiling fans give each suite a country feel, and the central a/c is rarely needed. There is a high efficiency washer/dryer in a common area closet between the suites.
