Arenal Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are per 8 persons
- The quoted rate of $350 per night, until 1 December, is for 4-8 guests. Rates may change for peak holiday weeks (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, etc) There will be an additional charge of $35 per night per guest, for every guest more than 8 (eight). Daily light house-keeping is included in the rental. There will be a $100 thorough cleaning-after-departure fees, to prepare the estate for the next guests.. Please inquire for long-term rentals. please note that this the largest, and the most luxurious estate in this area.
