Payment in full of rental fee is required 30 days before arrival. - Property wil be cleaned prior to check-in. Daily cleaning is the responsibilty of the tenant. The property shall be left as found at check-in. Fees may be deducted from the security deposit to cover unusual cleaning problems discovered after check-out.
Property is cleaned weekly on change-over day, which is Saturday between 10AM to 2PM.
Tenants shall have the property available for cleaning each Saturday.
