* Cancellation information: Greater than 60 days before check-in not including Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day: 100% refund of all deposit/rent. Greater than 60 days prior to check-in including Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day: Forfeiture of $500 damage/security deposit. Less than 60 days prior to check in - forfeiture of $500 security/damage deposit and 1/2 rent paid. Less than 30 days, forfeiture of $500 security/damage deposit and all rent paid.
** 2.5% credit card fee - WEEKLY RATE (7 nights with no weekend overlap; i.e. arrive on a Friday, depart following Friday, but not Saturday to Saturday)
* $1575 for first couple
* $210 each additional adult (up to 6 total adults per stay)
* $105 each child under 18
* $ 500 security / damage deposit

- The downstairs bath features marble flooring and a large, tiled shower with double heads. Plenty of shelf space for towels (provided) and personal items. Stackable washer/dryer is also tucked away. The upstairs bath, with a stone-tile floor, includes a two-person jetted tub, tile-surround, that is heated -- great for bubble baths (we provide the bubbles!) as well as a spacious corner shower. A one-way, mirrored window allows you to soak in the tub and still peer out at the outdoor scenery.
