Well-behaved Canine guests are welcome with advance notice & extra charge of $22.00 a day, per pet..
To reserve the Treehouse for your visit, we request advance payment equal to half of the cost of your stay. We accept VISA, Mastercard & Discover. Balance due 10 days in advance of arrival. Full payment may be requested at reservation for high demand - For additional information, please see our webpage at touringtexas.com./treehouse
We do not charge additional fees for cleaning for nightly stays. Unless paid by cash, we do not charge a damage deposit or pet deposit. However, the individual making the reservation will be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning and the credit card on file may be processed to recover the costs.
Note: We love our canine guests. If our canine guests like to relax in the house, it is their owner's responsibility to be sure the canine guests do not go into the sleeping area, that throw rugs are removed, and upholstered furniture is covered with sheets provided. We hope taking these precautions will minimize the amount of hair and dander that will need to be cleaned. If there is excessive cleaning as a result of our canine guests, the owner may be charged for the additional cost.

- The Treehouse can accommodate up to 10 guests. There is one bedroom. In the bedroom, there are 2 double beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, that will sleep up to 8 people. In the main room, there is a sofa sleeper that makes into a queen size bed, which sleeps 2 more guests. We provide all your linens. Of course, please feel free to bring your favorite pillow!
