Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Special Weekend Rates Available
- July and August reservations based on Saturday to Saturday (weekly) commitment.
We expect the house to be left as clean as when you arrived.
Sheets and towels can be provided for an additional $100.00 fee (cleaning/laundry for these is incuded in this fee)
In place of a security deposit, which is refundable, 'Homeaway' offers a non-refundable damage insurance policy for a $40 as an alternative. - A security deposit of $300 is required or you may purchase a damage Insurance policy for $40 through Homeaway.
NO tents or motorhomes.
