Guarantee Fee - FULLY REFUNDABLE - Attached to any stays during the holidays or any larger guest parties. This fee is only used if excessive cleaning is required after the guests leave. Excessive cleaning is established by the cleaning company. There is a typical cleaning cost that is already covered in the cleaning fee, however if there is more time required to clean up inside and outside areas this fee will be used to offset the extra fees charged by the cleaning company. It is very rare to have to ever access this money and is refunded 99% of the time.

Approved Pet - $100 non refundable pet fee
$69 Guest insurance fee required in lieu of expensive security deposits and fees. This insurance will cover guest party in cases of accidental damages up to $3,000 caused to home and property
