Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Memorial Day 3 night package $600, Labor Day 3 night package $600 (add addt'l nights to package $100).
After Labor Day, 3-night minimums available. $600
Still available: May 29-June 9 and all of April and May. Sept. Oct. Nov. available mini-weeks.
Available to rent all winter long, or can rent by the month fall thru spring. - Additional information about rental rates.
•6% Maryland tax, 3.5% County tax and 1% city tax adds up to 10.5% tax.
•50% payable on booking and balance is due no less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date. We also require a refundable security deposit of $300. The deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of your departure upon clearance of no damages.
No Senior Week Rental Unless Accompanied By An Adult Who Is At Least 25 Yrs Old

Pets - Dogs allowed for a $100 fee. NO CATS.
