Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 11% state/county taxes not included.
Refunds if re-rented with a $100cancellation fee.
In case of a 'Mandatory' evacuation of the Island we will prorate based on days remaining.
Housekeeping included but not for nightly rentals
Saturday-Saturday rental during prime time.
Check In 4:00pm Check Out 10:30am - Golf cart with rental with an additional golf cart available for rent for $250.00, Two amenity cards come with a WEEKLY rental with additional cards available for $50.00 weekly (or depending on the season), Departure Housekeeping is included in a WEEKLY rental.
