*The security deposit is $300 and this is payable 2 weeks before the vacation($400 security deposit is required for pet stays)
*Pets are considered, nightly fees and an additional cleaning charge may apply
*Payments are accepted by credit/debit card or Paypal account via our web site at www.hamptondelight.com where full terms and conditions are detailed( Paypal payments attract a 4% fee)
*Pool heating is available for $210 per week if required ( min 7 day charge ) recommended from October to April
*Gas BBQ is available to rent $50 per week
