Girdwood Lodge Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- starts from $350+tax per night for 1-6 people for 2 bedrooms+loft (3kingbeds+1singlebed)
$125 for each add bedroom 2 occupancies
$25 for each add person
2 nights minimum
one night free when staying a week
buy out rate $750 for 5bedrooms+sleeping loft can sleep maximum 18 people
$200 ($500 for big group) security deposit required, will return after check out with no damage.
Chirstmas and New Year week: price 10% up and 3 nights minimum applies.
Discount for Oct 1st - Nov 15th, please contact onwer directly. - General Housekeeping:
No smoking, no pets, no shoes allowed inside the house. We regret that our house is not wheelchair accessible.
Refunds will be handled as follows: More than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, one night stay plus tax will be charged. If 14 days notice is not given, 50% of the full amount will be charged.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash.
