Rates are for 2 persons occupancy.. Children under the age of 2 are free. For children between 2 and 10, an extra fee per day will be charged. - Our properties are rented all year. During hurricane season, we offer a complete refund for any days that you lose due to a storm. Also, you need to be aware that power outages are very frequent in the islands, sometimes several times a week and lasting hours. We have an emergency 27k generator, with an automatic changeover switch, that provides complete power whenever WAPA is out. That means that everythings works, all of the time, including computers, television, hot water, lighting, airconditioning, etc.
