2.5% fee will be added for credit card reservations; 1% fee will bee added for echeck reservations.
We rent to responsible adults over the age of 25 only. Proof of identity required to secure a reservation. - Refundable $150 security deposit and non-refundable 25% down payment required with reservation.
Smoking and pets are not permitted inside Descansito. Evidence of either will result in loss of security deposit.
Cancellation policy
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Payments not received on time will result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of down payment and security deposit. Reservations can be cancelled any time up until the final 30 days with a guaranteed return of your security deposit; the down payment is non-refundable. There is no refund for cancellations that occur after final payment is received unless the unit can be re-rented; in this event, you will be refunded the total of your final payment if re-rented at the same rate, or the difference if re-rented at an adjusted rate.
A $25 chargeback fee will be applied to all credit card and echeck reservations. A $25 fee will be charged for non sufficient funds for credit card and echeck reservation
