- Normal weekly rate 850.00 except Independence day
- A Deposit of 500.00 USD is required to hold the reservation. It will be returned after you have left and the house has been inspected and cleaned. Final payment, including tax is due 45 days prior to your arrival. See Cancellation policy for further details. There is a 50.00 non refundable cleaning fee.
- No nightly rates available. There is a 100.00 non refundable pet cleaning fee.
