Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Nov - Feb $350 per night, 3 night minimum
Mar - May, Sept - Oct $450 per night, 3 night minimum
Jun - Aug - $550 per night, 3 night minimum
Holidays at $550 per night / Groups of 10 or more also at full rate - $500 Deposit
10.5% tax
If stay more than 5 nights no cleaning fee otherwise $550.
