Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Personal checks and bank checks accepted a minimum of 14 days prior your stay.
Check in 4:00 pm the first day of your stay. Check out 11:00 am the date of departure. Subject to change.
50 % deposit required at time of booking, with balance to be paid a minimum of 30 days prior your stay along with $500 Security deposit for weekly rentals, $250 for weekend .
Cancellation policy: full refund if cancellation is made 45 days prior to check in, 50 percent if canceled a min of 30 days prior to check in. No refunds if canceled after 30 days.
