The Mallorca Finca „Es Raco de Sabor“ is located outside of the crowded tourist places on a gorgeous and quiet location near the town of Montuiri and in the hearth of Mallorca. From this estate, which is located between hills and forests, you can enjoy a fantastic view along the whole plain around Montuiri. You can easily get to lluchmajor, Algaida and Palma. The next city is Manacor reachable in about 15 minutes by car. This city is known for its furniture production and at the same time as Mallorca´s second largest city. “Es Raco de Sabor” central location makes it an ideal starting point to discover by car or bicycle the different regions of the island. You can reach almost every region of the island in about 30 - 35 minutes: also the nearest beaches south or west of the island.

The island is known outside of its borders for its leather and wood products. The picturesque market on the pedestrian precinct offers fresh fruit and vegetables together with art work. In addition there is also a 24-hour clinic and a gasoline station which stays open at night. You can reach the capital city, Palma in just 20 minutes.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • A cot can be included in the rental price if you wish. The swimming pool and the garden area are maintained free of charge twice a week. The costs for the end of stay cleaning services are of 200 Euros and must be cancelled at the house. We charge € 9 per day for heating during the winter. A 30 % deposit has to be paid upon reservation. The balance has to be cancelled 4 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is of € 250.
  • Rental price during high season equals the day price and covers the whole building with accommodation for 2 to a maximum of 8 people. During the low season the rental price will cover the accommodation for 4 people. Reservation for 2 people is also possible- please ask us by email or by phone any question regarding term of conditions.

To the Finca: The country house at Montuiri was built caring much for detail. The owners cared specially for the traditional Mallorca- style which comes to life through the ceiling beams which hang free, the original Moroccan coloured-shingle ceilings or the large selection of floor stones, stone materials and colors. A perfect harmony between the Moroccan traditional style and the special architecture of the building. Modern technique and comfortable luxury are part of this rustic atmosphere, which possesses beautiful natural materials together with a cosy arrangement. The whole building is a relaxing paradise for those with aesthetic sense.

Golf: The next golf course is located near Lluchmajor, about 12 km away from Es Raco de Sabor.
