Pagosa Springs Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 6.9% CO Sales Tax plus 1.9% Loding Tax Additional to the above listed rate
- Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A rental deposit of 50% of rent is due to book dates. Final payment (other 50% of rent, tax and security deposit) due 90 days prior to rental. Cancellation refunds issued based on following schedule: Cancellation 12 months or more prior to rental (75% refund), 9-12 months (50% refund), 6-9 months (25% refund) and cancellations within 6 months of rental and after final payment 60 days prior to rental are non-refundable.
