2 Person max. Min. age to rent is 25 and over. No smoking of any kind inside or outside of cabin. Book, pay for your stay at least 48 hours in advance. No smoking anywhere inside or around cabin. No candles, matches or lighters.
CANCELATION POLICY
$100 cancelation fee if canceled at least 90 days or more prior to arrival. Fee will be deducted from damage deposit.
0% Refund - 89 days or less prior to arrive or if cabin has been off the rental market for 30 days or more because of your booking. - Aurora Ice Museum tours daily 11A, 1P, 3P, 5P & 7P check in at the Activity Center $15. The ice museum has amazing ice sculptures, the ice bar has its own specialty drink an 'appletini' ($15 addition to tour). It comes in an ice carved martini glass. Your souvenir to take with you!
Pool House open 7A-12A daily. Swim passes $10 per person & include shower privileges. Full Service Restaurant 7A-10P.
The resort boasts 440 pristine acres & uses geothermal water to heat & provide electricity for the resort. It is located 30 miles off the grid & is a self sustaining community. Take a free renewable energy tour at 2pm daily & learn more about it. Simply sign in at the Activity Center 15 minutes prior.
Chena is one of the best places on the planet to see the Northern Lights from August-April. Book a snow coach aurora viewing tour departing every night from 8pm-2am or a sled dog ride in winter or dog cart ride in summer. Check in Activity Center for list of available activities.

The closest restrooms are in the Resort's restaurant or Pool House Lobby and are a short one minute walk from the cabin. A lighted make-up mirror is installed on the wall by the TV. Bottled water is available in the frig. CANCELLATION POLICY 100% - 90 or more days prior to arrival. $50 processing fee deducted from $100 damage deposit. 0% - 89 days or less prior to arrival or if cabin has been taken out of booking for 30 days or more because of your reservation.

- We only rent to non-smoking guests since owners are extremely allergic. Ages 25 & over. Max. 2 guests. 72 hour notice required for all reservations and payment. Cabin is DRY with NO BATHROOM or running water like all the other cabins at the resort. Restrooms are a short 1 minute walk to Resort restaurant or pool house lobby. Purchase a $15 swim pass for a soak & shower privileges. The cabin includes King Size log bed, 40 inch LCD TV & 65 movie library, mini-frig and microwave. Oversized pool towels & spa robes are included for use during your stay. The cabin is heated with a TOYO heater fueled by oil and keeps it warm and cozy even in the most extreme temperatures! FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE The resort's full service restaurant and lounge are open from 7A-10P for meals. The Lounge is open until 2AM on Friday & Saturday nights. You can purchase snacks, ice cream, non-alcoholic beverages and other items at the Aurora Cafe in the Activity Center from 9A-12 Midnight.
