Shorter stays are considered if we have vacancies 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Shorter stays will have a 3-night minimum and a nightly rate of $895 and a $200 Cleaning Fee.
The weekly rate for the Non Peak Season (September 3 - June 7) is $3,980 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. The nightly rate is $495 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 2-night minimum stay required and a $200 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days.
