Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $100 Waivable Cleaning Fee not included in rate.
$250 Security Deposit refundable after check-out inspection.

$100.00 Waivable cleaning fee. If the unit is left in good condition upon departure the $100 Waivable Cleaning Fee will be refunded. Ie.laundry is piled on the floor, beds stripped, place generally tidy, floors swept, counters wiped, and dishes in the dishwasher - your $100 cleaning fee will be returned.
One half total due at booking, balance due three weeks prior to check-in.
Cancellations within three weeks of arrival date will receive 50% plus Security Deposit.
Cancellations/no-shows within 72 hours of check-in will forfeit 100% of rental fee.
Security Deposit will be returned.
Towels and bed linens provided. Soaps, shampoo and personal toiletries are not.
