- Bookings are secured with the signing of a lease and receipt of one-half the rent. A security deposit of $250 is required and will be returned to the tenant following payment of actual cleaning costs, long distance calls, and repair of any damage to the property. Tenants are responsible for supplying linens and towels. The house comes equipped with pillows, blankets, bedspreads & mattress pads.
