A $250 security deposit is collected at time of booking for property damages.
This security deposit is refunded after departure and property cleared of all damages.
We accept credit cards through Pay Pal and charge back the 3% transaction fee PayPal assesses us.
A 6% hotel tax is added (3 % Paypal + 6% tax)
Money orders and checks are also accepted however reservation is not confirmed until full payment received. - Reservations are confirmed once payment and deposit are received.
Total rate of nights x 6% hotel tax plus housekeeping ($100 - $150 depending on size of party and length of stay)
Add $250 refundable security deposit.
Contract will be sent along with invoice.
Once full payment received & contract sent information packet will be emailed to guests.
