- The two sleeping porches are connected to inside bedrooms. Sleeping porches are rustic and comfortable. Windows close or open to hear the water lapping on the beach. Perfect set up for 2 families! EVEN THOUGH THE HOUSE CAN SLEEP MANY, MANY PEOPLE...WE ARE LIMITING THE CAPACITY TO 8 PEOPLE, NO MORE THAN 2 FAMILIES. This is to reduce wear and tear on the house and the septic system.
