- Check-out time is 10:00am. Check-in time not before 3:00pm.
1-6 guests -(a child counts as a guest) Non-snowmobile season is $120.00 a night -(2 night minimum). $720.00 a week. Snowmobile season is $150.00 a night. -(2 night minimum). $900.00 a week. A $60.00 cleaning fee/3 days or less. A $250.00 refundable damage fee deposit is due along with a $200.00 rental deposit ASAP. The total agreed rental fee balance is due 2 weeks prior to your stay. If the total fee isn't received prior to the 2 week deadline, we reserve the right to cancel at anytime. The damage fee deposit will be refunded 2 weeks or sooner after your stay upon full inspection from the housekeeper or us. A lot of sweat went into our home to make it a beautiful vacation getaway for us and for you to enjoy. Any hint of evidence that there was an animal or smoking inside will automatically forfeit all of your damage fee deposit plus you will be charged whatever extra is needed to thoroughly clean the furniture and house. - NOTE; We prefer all arangements be taken care of 2 weeks in advance, but we also know that last minute plans and getaways do come up. If you see a last minute opening on the calander, call us to check. With less than 2 weeks notice, we may have to make special provisions or arangements to get you in and because of this we reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at anytime.
We love our home very much and come here often to enjoy it and the great outdoors that are availed to us. We respect our neighbors and wildlife and ask you to do the same so we all can enjoy this home for many years to come. Due to us (the owners) having allergies and we use this house too, please abide by our NO SMOKING and NO PETS POLICY.
