Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

There is a $25 pet cleaning fee surcharge if pets are permitted.
Reservations are not confirmed until receipt of a 50% deposit. If reservation is less than 30 days away, a credit card payment must be in full. Otherwise, final credit card payment will be due 15 days before arrival. If there is a cancellation, any received funds will be refunded (minus a $25 handling fee) ONLY if the House can be re-booked.
There is a $49 NON-refundable damage insurance fee that may be refunded UP TO the date of arrival in the event of a cancellation upon application to the insurance company.
Renters must sign a release of liability before using beach stairs.
The other residence on the property, Lilac Cottage, is available at HomeAway listing 237744. If both properties are rented together on a weekly basis there is a $500 discount.
There is a 10% appreciation discount for returning guests.

- The focal point of the master bath is the 6' by 6' open marble tile shower with a hand-painted lilac bush tile mural on one wall, complemented by a nine-foot custom vanity table hand-painted by local artist Matt Payovich to reflect the pink roses and purple clematis growing in the garden outside the bathroom window. The two sinks are hand-thrown ceramic bowls by another local artist. The second bathroom, accessed either through the third bedroom or the front hallway, has a pedestal sink, shower, porcelain tiling, and Italian blue and white ceramic backsplash, mirror, and shelf. The shower curtain is custom-made from William Morris fabric.

- The master suite is up five steps from the Great Room, closed off by velvet drapes. French doors and awning windows open out to the screen porch for stupendous views and the sensation of sleeping outdoors, listening to the waves lap on the beach and leaves rustling in the trees. There is a large dressing area with two hanging closets and built-in drawers with a granite top. The second bedroom has a series of windows that look out onto the south gardens and herb beds with a slate tile floor. The third bedroom, accessed through glass-paneled french doors from the Great Room, has double-hung windows looking out onto the courtyard gardens and fountain.
