Sebastian House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday weeks $2500.00
Rental Policies - If you choose you use a credit card for your payment and addition fee of 2.5 % will be charged.
Housekeeping services are available for $125.00 per day.
Advance deposit may be made by check and is due at the time a reservation is made. The amount due will be exactly half the rent less the tax. Rental payment balance is due in full one month before arrival and may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.. This payment will be refunded within 30 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all polices and conditions are followed. You must choose to purchase a Property Damage Insurance Policy for $89.00 - Refunds - If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 45 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 45 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your advance rent payment will be forfeited.
