Swain Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2 night rental rate for the weekend is $1,000 for up to 18 people
- twenty percent down (of total) to hold rental with the balance due 45 days before arrival
Credit cards are welcomed. Internet access just added as of 12/10/2011
Guest House can be rented separately in the offseason from the main house. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bath. Sleeps 4-5. Rents for $600 per week plus cleaning fee in the off-season only.
I do not rent to teenagers or college students. You must be at least 30 years of age and prove it with a drivers license.
Please do not inquire about leasing property for weddings. - weekly Rental rates are based on a party of 18 or less
