Upon mutual agreement of unit rental, a $100 deposit must be made to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee, plus security deposit, lodging tax, and the cleaning fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to check-in date.
Additional cleaning is available during your stay which can be arranged for a fee with our cleaning service. - Cancellations permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival with full refund of deposit. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the renter forfeits all deposits unless the reservation is re-booked at a future date for the same number of nights and rental fee.
