Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Booking Deposit: $200 will hold your booking
Final Payment: Your balance in full including Security Deposit is due upon arrival
Security Deposit: A $ 500.00 Cash deposit is required. The deposit is totally refundable at your check out if everything in the condo is ok.
Additional Charges: $ 100 Final Cleaning on 7 or more days staying
Optional-weekly Cleaning if staying 2 or more weeks: $60
Electricity is included up to USD $75.00. Extra consuption over that allowance has to be charged.
Airport Pickup and drop are optional and can be arrange as well as tours and excursions
