- A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within 5 days of making a reservation, when a contract will be forwarded to you for signature. The final payment including a $500 security deposit, $150 cleaning fee, and 6% sales tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Final payments for July and August are due June1. A copy of the finalized Rental Agreement, check-in instructions and directions will be sent once we receive your final payment.
- We ask guests not to smoke indoors. There are two porches, 1 with a swing, and the other with ample seating and tables, that are both comfortable and a good place to go for this.

- There is also a nice sized second living room upstairs with a single bed and a double size futon sleeper sofa. It has its own T.V. with DVD/VCR/cable. This room makes a great hangout for kids, and it neatly keeps all their paraphenalia from littering the rest of the house. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are downstairs, and the remainder are upstairs.
