Sewanee House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250-$475 per night, depending.
- $225-$475/night, depending on season, # of people and weekend events.
Three night minimum for University weekends.
50% deposit required at the time of booking; the other 50% due three weeks before your arrival.
$300 security deposit (refundable).
Prices and availability subject to change at any time without notice. - You must be 25 to rent Aerie, and you must be onsite during the rental. Aerie has a high cliff in front of it (that's why it has the spectacular view); please stay away from it as it's dangerous.
