OCT 16-JUN 15: $275/nt 3 suites/6 guests (not including DEC 18 - JAN 8); $75 each additional suite

WEEKLY RATE: $1875/3 suites/6 guests; $75 ea additional suite (OCT 16 - JUN 15).
AIR COND: $15 daily minimum/up to 3 suites. $5 daily ea additinal suite/max $25 daily.
CLEANING FEE: $200/3 suites/6 guests. $250/4-5 suites/up to 10 guests.
DEPOSIT: 50% at booking. BAL.DUE: 90 days/120 Christmas/New Years prior to arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1000 30 days prior if PayPal. 90 days prior if by check
CANCEL: 90/120 days prior for full ref or rebook space avail.
