No weekend rentals in summer, but some midweeks may be made available - Payments are:
20% via credit card to our PayPal account to hold the dates while we prepare the lease and await first payment
50% of balance due within 5 days of receipt of lease via check
50% of balance due 30 days prior to arrival via check
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus 10% hassle fee up to 90 days prior to arrival.
After that we will refund any payments made if we are able to re-rent those dates, minus 20% hassle fee.
Please be sure you would like the dates prior to reserving them - we will turn away all other inquiries for those dates once your first deposit is made. Thank you!

Master Bedroom - 1 queen, Private bath, cathedral ceilings, oak floors, great views
Bedroom 3 - 1 double, Handmade Pine Bed
- Master Bedroom is upstairs, has cathedral ceilings, 4 poster queen bed with high end new mattress. Really beautiful views from picture windows overlooking the lake. 100 yr old refurbished oak floors in bedroom and in the private master bathroom. Nice soaking tub with shower, great views from the bathroom too! Bedroom #2 has nice queen bed, also with new and very high end mattress. Bedroom #3 is an all pine room with handmade pine bed, double mattress. Yes we have 3 bedrooms, but we rent to only 4 persons max here to keep the wear and tear down. We work VERY hard to keep this house in the pristine condition that you should find it in when you arrive! Limiting occupancy is the only way we can do this. There is a nice 1/2 bath in upstairs hallway for the Guest Bedrooms use. They also have use of a full bath and shower downstairs. Very nice linens and towels supplied to all guests.
